Moore Dentistry is a fee-for-service practice and payment for your IV sedation and corresponding procedures are due at the time that treatment is provided. As a courtesy to you, we file dental insurance claims on your behalf. We don’t control what benefits your insurance will pay on a claim, but are happy to assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment.
